QU40399 1977-1979 Ford New Process NP203, NP205 Transfer Case 1330 Series CV Output Yoke for 1977-1979 New Process NP203 or NP205 transfer cases in Ford Bronco and F-series 4x4 models. This 32 spline yoke will fit any NP203 or NP205 transfer case with 32 spline shafts, but it was primarily used on Ford applications as a front output yoke, but some models also used it on the rear output shaft.

Tech Note 1: Matching U-JointsQU40399 is made for constant velocity joints using external snap ring type universal joints made to Spicer 1330 series dimensional specifications. The u-joint cup diameter is 1-1/16". The overall width is 3-5/8". For u-joints, see TK40721 and QU40774.

Tech Note 3: Upgrade ShaftFor high performance rear output applications, I recommend you replace your weak original NP205 32 spline rear output shaft with our TK50084 shaft. The redesigned, stronger part which was exclusively used in 1989-1993 Dodge Cummins Diesel Trucks with 5 speed manual transmissions.
