Our new gasket does not suffer from those problems, plus is much more durable, can take higher clamp pressures, and it is resistant to torque shear. Tech Note 2: Inside DiameterThe inside diameter of TK40573 Gasket is made to fit over the male hub pilot found on solid drive flanges and some lockout hubs such as the Warn M197 series. It will also work fine with unpiloted aftermarket lockout hubs. Tech Note 3: Spicer Plastic Dial HubsIf you have the big factory Spicer Plastic Dial Hubs on your Ford or GM 4x4, use TK40573 between the Chrome Outer Cap (QU40546UAS) and Hub Body (QU40547).
