TK40602 goes between the wheel hub and QU40547 splined hub body on all 1972-1977 Chevy/GMC 3/4 ton 4x4s and Ford F-250 Dana 44 Heavy-Duty front axles with factory installed Spicer plastic dial external mount hubs.

Tech Note 1: Limited Availability on Plastic Dial Hub LocksSpicer made external mount Plastic Dial free-wheel Hub-Locks for 1972 to mid 1977 model year 4x4s. These Hubs were the factory original equipment parts for both to Ford and GM 3/4 ton 4x4 trucks with Dana 44 front axles. They were also used on Ford F-250 Crew Cab trucks with Dana 60 closed knuckle front axles from 1974-1975. Most parts for these hubs have been out of production for decades so parts availability is becoming quite limited.
