QK4732 1974-1979 and 1994-2013 Dodge Ram 4x4 Front Axle Shaft Nut Kit for many Dodge full size 4x4's up to 2012 Ram 3500 and 2013 Ram 2500. Kit includes two each of the current production, original equipment nuts and washers plus new cotter keys. Fits all 1974-1979 Dodge Ramchargers and pickups with the live spindle Dana 44 front axle and Plymouth Traildusters of the same era. Also fits the Dana 44 front axle on all 1994-2001 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 trucks and ALL 1994-2013 Ram 2500 and 1994-2012 Ram 3500 4x4 trucks regardless of axle (1994-2002 used Dana axles, 2003-up have AAM axles). Nut and washer Made in U.S.A. or Mexico, cotter key is imported. Use QT1008i Socket to remove/install the nut.
Available as a set of 2 each for both sides (QK4732), a set of one each for 1 side (QK4732.5), or just the nut (QU40114).

Tech Note 1: Before Installing Before installing your new nuts, apply a waterproof grease such as QU90018 or an anti-seize compound like S9975 to the threads, washer faces, and cotter key. A little preventative maintenance now can help minimize future thread corrosion.
Tech Note 2: 1974-19791974-1979 trucks originally came with a nut with only 6 slots.
