You will probably never see that type of part interchangeability again. Tech Note 3: Parts & Service Procedures I am a real strong believer in using the best parts and service procedures available especially when working on heavy duty trucks used for trailer towing or vocational applications. Tech Note 4: Lubricate Properly lubricating and adjusting your front wheel bearings is critical for long component life. The spaces between the needle rollers must be completely filled with a clean, quality grease such as QU90018 (This Grease is our Favorite! We use it in our shop for many uses!). QT5500 Bearing Packer does a great job of packing your bearings and keeping the grease clean between jobs, but you can hand pack the bearings if your hands are CLEAN. Wheel bearing adjustment procedures will vary by year and make, but typically, most shop manuals specify front wheel bearing end-play in the 0.001" to 0.009" range.
