“Having to pay extra for a company to stand behind their product is nuts, the company should work out a deal with their shipping company and or go after the shipper in the event of a lost or damaged item, again to make the customer pay for this is wrong, do we get this money back if nothing happens NO so they are taking your money and you know what that's called.”
