“I accidently broke the glass on my Regency Alterra CS1200 and panicked. I live alone and use the stove as my primary heat source. I found Total Hearth and ordered the glass from them. I received it in four days! I was very nervous about replacing it and called Total Hearth for advice twice and Cat (Kat?) was to helpful! She gave me tips that were crucial to the functioning of the glass that I would not have known and that would have caused the glass to break.
