“The motor is very noisy and the variable speeds are very slow so the pelletr stove keeps turning off. the pellet stove will not run on the slowest setting as did the original motor. Given what it would cost to return the motor i am stuck with it.”

You might check...the motor won't affect the variable speeds, sure there isn't something else going on? Rheostat or board?
