“I have no problem with the toaster. It performs well.
However, both my wife and I, both in our 80's find the kettle difficult to hold steady when pouring. The shape of the kettle when full of water weighs heavy on the wrist.
Also, as I have found out to my discomfort, if the lid of the kettle is not firmly pushed down the steam escapes around the lid and burns the hand and wrist.
