“Product is ok, but could not get it to slice as finely as I wanted. Seemed that as soon as I got the blade set to be thin, after one or two slices it seemed to widen to seetle at maybe 1.5-2mm width. Blade guard seems quite effective. Not sure if im doing anything wrong as the instructions were about as much use as a chocolate fireguard. At first I thought the instructions were just a porduct safety notice
Customer services was awful though, no publicised phone number (that I could find) or live chat, just an email addrtess or contact us form that took several days to reply, and then they'd totally missed the point of my contact.”
