“This was a gift to my parents who recently bought a tower air fryer. They said it was a great book. My dad made onion bhajis, but they were too dry. This is because bhajis are meant to be fried. Even after following the recipe. They have successfully cooked a small chicken, they opted for the smaller tower. The cook book bought us tending towards a larger air fryer. So a small to medium chicken is a little too big for there air fryer.
One thing I'd like to say is, usually with a cooking appliance you get a small starter cook book.
