“really appalled with the kettle - the brass trimming on the 3 parts of the kettle - [handle, lid and base] are nothing like the picture on your website. i have a kettle with 3 different shades of gold, when this product is being advertised as one shade across the empire range of products. as i have the cannisters and toaster which do match, don't understand why the kettle from the same range doesn't. as this is a visibly displayed item, it matters. although im in email correspondance to try and rectify this matter, your customer support is not good enough. having to wait for a reply and then resend emails back and forth is time-consuming, again, not good enough. as a key worker too the least you could have is opeartional phone lines so matters are dealt with quickly not dragging on for another several weeks, and yet still unresolved.
