“I find it difficult to judge how fill the kettle is when filling. Gauge is behind handle. I think for the guage to be clear of the handle would suit better. I have been caught out with water spitting out when coming to the boil. My routine is for one kettle load is enough for a cup of tea and to fill hot water bottle. Being unable to hold the kettle at a more suitable height on filling due to weak arthritic hands doesn't help with seeing the guage.”
