My only complaint is that the packaging was really excessive. Big cardboard box and loads of padding material which was really unnecessary for this item. I had to throw it away and it seemed wasteful”
“I contacted customer services and asked whether they stocked replacement cups and blades for my Tower Xtreme Pro Red Serial number PO156713.
After a few months waiting for a reply, I chased them and they said their previous response was sent but must have been lost in the email. They advised that this would fit.
It doesn't.
I could chase them for a refund, but I can't be bothered packing up the item, getting an RMA, jumping though the hoops... at this point it's easier to put the whole lot in the bin and just never buy Tower again.”
