“I only bought this to pad an order to get free delivery on 4 pans. Tower doesn't want a review of the pans, but I haven't used this cleaner. The other thing that happened was they said 'thank you' by offering me a 20% discount on my next order. They didn't mention the expiry date at the time, but expire it does. They sent me an email 16 days later, when I was back at work after Christmas, saying it would expire, then another on the 31st as I headed out to New Year's festivities then by Jan 1st it had expired. It's one of those weird marketing moves that fails to acknowledge that the customer may have a busy life outside of refreshing their saucepan game on tower.co.uk and leaves them more resentful of the brand, removing any temporary goodwill so tower trades 80% of something for 100% of nothing. What was I expected to do? Panic-buy a skillet in that post-Christms period where people famously feel flush with money and ready to spend, spend, spend? Has the marketing department, like, met people and lived in society and stuff? Were they like "OK, he's spent £45 on what's probably a Christmas present. If my calculations are correct, if we hit him with the hard sell now he should forsake his patients and family and clean out the rest of his bank account shopping for home wares at www.tower.co.uk. I just wanted some cookware but now i'm so confused.”

“I had a sample bottle which came with the carpet cleaner. The product worked well and I needed to replace it with some more. It is the same product that came with the carpet shampoo machine and I trust that it will work just as well.”
