“What a disaster . I type in the model number and ask for overnight delivery and pay extra then find out they had sent it snail delivery with Evri .It eventually arrives and turns out to be the wrong part for my tower appliance and inform customer services who then inform me they expect me to pay for return postage . The original postage was more than the item they sent . What a waste of time and they want positive feedback now . What a joke”
“My mother had her lead taken so could not use it any more, one phone call to Tower and a replacement was ordered.
My mother was pleased to be able to use it again she fine it very usefull.
