“Unfortunately, upon ordering the Glass Lid, I asked in my originiol order fort a 10 Inch Lid, however, I was delivered an 8 Inch Glass Lid instead, which I returned to your company. I then went into to your website to order the 10 Inch Glass Lid with Model number I found underneath my slow cooker, however, it appears it is out of stock, I left my email number, but I have not heard anything from your company.”
“I had ordered this and paid for next day delivery. Followed web site for size but it was too small. Didn’t arrive next day so asked for refund of this. Then it was the incorrect size. I have asked by email how to return this but no one has got back to me. I am not happy with customer service”
