“There was not a problem with the basket for the air fryer due to the original pot that came with the air fryer new was still serviceable”

“The basket turned up incomplete and damaged. Packaging was all in perfect condition. Basket was already damaged before leaving your warehouse. Taken nearly a month to sort out.”
