“Sadly I was quite annoyed about having to buy these. I ordered the air fryer as a Christmas present for my husband and the air racks were missing from the set.
After emails were sent to your customer service and no one ever responded and a number of phone calls made that no one ever answered, we gave up trying and brought the set instead.
Very annoying when they were meant to be included in the price.
