“It's great being able to cook different things in the two drawers. Our previous air fryer was also a Tower, but a single basket. It failed within the year hence replacing. The advantage of a single basket is being able to cook larger pieces (eg a whole chicken). So I would say a double basket is better suited to singles and couples than families.
It takes some getting used to the controls and I've dropped it a star for two reasons:
1. if you press a button and 'fumble' for the next button (like while getting used to the machine) it clears the press you made far too quickly
2. the double basket is significantly more "vicious" than a single basket. We're getting the hang of it, but burnt a few things in the early days.”
“Very easy to use, powerful and easy to clean. Right size for under cupboard storage on the countertop. So far cooked steak, chicken, pizza and chips all with great results. Very pleased with my purchase and good price.”
“This was a replacement for your previous Air Fryer which was recalled because it was a fire hazard. Although I have had to pay another £70 this particular air fryer is no better or superior than the previous one. If I had had a proper refund of my £80 I probably wouldn't have bought another Tower. Which probably explains why we only got a refund to spend at Tower.”
