“Had to buy a new basket as I washed it in the Manual it said to wash the drawer & immerse in soapy water which I did but also suds got between the glass & wouldn't rinse out when I rang your customer service who are normally very helpful but the lady I spoke to was very off hand & said that I should not have immersed the drawer I explained that is what it advised in the Manual she made me feel very foolish (perhaps she was having an off day)”
