“Fryer is easy to use with controls relatively simple. The only frustration is the trays don't always slide in smoothly and often the fryer will start while the trays are not aligned properly which I assume will allow heat to escape and not be as efficient as it should be. I correct the alignment immediately but am frustrated by the issue of design so would not recommend it to others, although I accept it could just be mine, however unlikely.”
“Although it works well and cooks food well, unfortunately the left side of the unit does not shut with ease, it has to be lifted in such a way to slot back in. This is a pain and inconvenience so therefore I cannot recommend.”
