“Good size and looks good,if only i was able to use it.The beeper is not loud enough to hear so useless.I have asked for a refund but as of yet customer services are failing to help.very dissapointed!”
“My previous air fryer was recalled due to safety concerns, and I received a voucher to put towards this replacement model. Initially, I was pleased with the design and control panel—it felt like an upgrade. But after a few uses, I noticed it took significantly longer to cook food compared to my last unit.
Eventually, I realised the top drawer was faulty. Although the timer starts and the drawer heats up, the unit remains silent and the fans never activate—no airflow means uneven cooking or none at all. Drawer 2 operates as expected, with fans kicking in immediately as the countdown begins.
I recorded a short video demonstrating the issue in Drawer 1 and attempted to send it to Tower. That evening, while planning to use Drawer 2 for dinner, the machine began smoking. I quickly turned it off and resorted to my conventional oven instead. At this point, I have serious concerns about whether this model is also a safety hazard.”
