“Looks like a hard wearing piece of kit. Cooks nicely although very slowly. I have a ceramic top to my oven and this pan has tended to scratch it. It is also very heavy and needs 2 hands to lift it. Apart from all that I’m sure this pan will last me my lifetime!”
