“It was impossible to get some of the screws out of the base, making it rather unstable, and no screw holes at the top to fix it to pole.”

“The instructions are not great to follow. There is an issue with the heater as well. The top of it is not secured in places with the screws provided as the metal pole has no holes for this to be screwed into where they are shown in the diagram”
