“when i bbought the cooker it had a brownn sealent ring,after waiting for a long time for you to have the replacement in stock again,i bought two of them.....but surprise surprise they are the new ones made of silicone and they Do not work in the pressure cooker,they are the same model but smaller or the design is wrong...so do not ask if am happy because am not!!”
“This ring was described as being 22cm diam but didn't fit my pressure cooker so i measured it and it was actually 25cm diam !!!! Consequently i have returned it & awaiting a refund.”
“I’m afraid this seal doesn’t fit properly in my Tower pressure cooker.
I measured the original and chose the correct diameter, but the thickness isn’t the same (the original is far more rounded in shape). It won’t even seal enough for pressure to start building.
As I’ve tried using it, I really don’t know what to do in regards returning this seal.
