Now it is the 6th of September, no matter what time of day we phone your customer service staff are never available, how long do you think it should to take a sealing ring out of the store room put it in a packet and post it, no I don't know ether but when we receive it We will let you all know.”

“Looks different to the previous ring. Original was transparent this one is grey. Ordered a replacement due to the original seal taking on the smell of a curry that had been made in the cooker. Hope this one doesn't do this.”
