“While i am pleased with the stove i'm not so pleased with the customer service from Tower which is where I purchased it from. The remote control was faulty when it arrived I contacted Tower to inform them of this and while they checked their 'spares' dept they didn't have a replacement remote control so suggested I source one myself from the internet/Amazon, no offer to cover the costs and as the stove cannot be used without a remote I had little choice other than to send the whole stove back or purchase a remote control myself!”
