“Couldn't be more dissapointed. I waited over a month to get this tool... Today I finally got it. I immeaditely tested it. First the flares looked perfect, then I noticed that they are not round, they are oval/elliptic... I have tried different sizes of copper pipes: 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" and 5/8". I have tried to cut the pipes with 4 different pipe cutters, deburred the pipes well, no effect. Always the flare is bit oval from one side... I also let my co-workers to try it, same result. I have done everything same than in the manual and Rothenberger video. Seems easy and quick to use, but the flare just isnt standard..... I really hope that the tool I got is bad one, and I can have a new one as soon as possible...”
