This was a great program with a knowledgable instructor! The prework was incredibly useful, and helped prepare me for the course itself. I am confident I will be able to apply the skills from this course right away! I also appreciated the individualized feedback from the instructor for both immediate and future use!

The faciliator capabilities, materials, break out sessions, examples and time alloted were well designed, concise, targeted and applicable. I'm currently using this certification in the development of our leadership program. I appreciate this opportunity and recommend for those looking for the tools and mindset to help implement competency solutions.

I enjoyed the course and it tied well to everything I had read online about competency modeling. I appreciated that the course materials went through the many steps involved in the process and provided a nice template to follow. I was hoping for more in depth looks at best practices for how to assess employees and use the assessment in career development conversations.

The instructor was excellent. I felt she did the best she could with the material she was given. That said, the course does not present a Competency Modeling framework for practical use. The 8-hour course focused on broad basic steps to take when undertaking the significant task of creating a Competency Model from scratch. I was hoping to see a Competency Modeling framework that we would use throughout the course. Instead, the "it depends on your circumstance" message was repeated often. If someone is a complete novice regarding competency modeling, this reasonably-prices course is a good value.
