“I greatly appreciated Dr. Walker sharing her work-life experiences. Her stories helped me realize many of us encounter the same scenarios. My favorite part of the program was the perspective of the assessment. There are four lenses: Organization, Performance, Personal, and Task. After looking at use case scenarios for each one and discussing them thoroughly, it was easier to identify which area the training was needed. The course was an eye-opener for me. I recommend it for anyone who has to assess the need for training.”
