I recently completed teh "Measuring the Impact of L&D" certification program through Training Industry and I can confidently say it was an excellent investment of both time and money. This program is a must for anyone serious about enhancing their skills in Learning and Development. The course content was thorough and well-organized, covering all essential aspects of measuring learning and development impact. One of the standout features of this program was its emphasis on real-world applications. The instructor provided numerous case studies and examples, demonstrating how to apply the concepts in various organizational settings. The instructor wwas top-notch with extensive experience in the field. His expertise and passion for the subject were evident from the very beginning. The course materials were exceptional, including detailed handouts, workbooks and templates. These resources have been incredibly useful for applying what I learned in my day-to-day work. As a professional deeply invested in the field of Learning and Development (L&D), I recently had the privilege of participating in Dr. Paul Leone's workshop on Measuring the Impact of L&D. Dr. Leone's wealth of experience in measurement shines through his instruction. Dr. Leone exudes a genuine desire to support learners regardless of their background or industry. His approachability creates an environment where participants feel empowered to engage fully with the content. As I reflect on the workshop, certain key takeaways stand out vividly including, exploration of assessment levels, algorithms for ROI calculation, and techniques for reverse engineering surveys were particularly enlightening. Navigating these complex topics equipped me with practical tools to elevate my measurement practices. I wholeheartedly recommend this workshop to anyone seeking to enhance their understanding and application of L&D measurement.

It was eye opening experience for me with this course and things that I was not aware of in L&D industry. For example comparing with control group and four levels and how to use them for right piece of educational programs. The instructor was amazing.

This was a great 2 day /4 hour session. The instructor provided very in-depth knowledge on how to go about measuring the success of training. We also explored additional methods of measuring including the impact of the environment in which a learner is taking training and how this impacts his or her performance after taking a class. I introduced this level of impact during training consultancy and the clients regarded this as useful data to consider.

This certification course is packed with valuable information. We discussed the four levels of foundation measurement approaches and beyond. The breakout session provided an opportunity to get to know the others and share how our employers measure impact. The instructor, Paul Leone, was extremely knowledgeable. This is his wheelhouse; he has a career in measuring the impact. Great instructor and great course!

One of the primary issues that any L&D manager struggles with is how to evaluate a training program. This course solves that problem. It takes you through the basic tools and models available to evaluate a training program within an organization. The facilitator was extremely knowledgeable and made a point to advise on specific topics that the students asked about in the beginning. I was already familiar with some of the models, but was struggling in how to put them into practice within my organization. I love that the course wasn't just theory, but also included break-out sessions for the class to discuss questions and resolve issues, issues that affect you and your organization. I'm confident that I can now successfully evaluate any training initiative at all levels moving forward. This course should be a mandatory requirement for anyone in L&D, whether you're new to training, or even if you have a few years under your belt.

This is a great training for anyone working in the L&D field. Besides getting a strong refresher on the Kirkpatrick model of measuring L&D and level 5 ROI, the addition of Paul's level 6 will help my team tell the true story and impact of our trainings. It's definitely worth 2 afternoons, and Paul Leone is a great trainer!
