“It was good. I just thought the food was subpar, Hotel was dingy and the sales pitches at the end of most of the sessions was a bit much.”

“Attending the 3-day training conference as an L&D team was a highly valuable and inspiring experience. The event delivered relevant, forward-thinking content that aligns with our goals in learning and development. The sessions were well-designed and covered a strong mix of strategy, technology, and learner engagement. The facilitators were knowledgeable and engaging, offering practical insights and real-world examples that we can apply in our day-to-day work. “This was my second year attending TICE. I really enjoyed it and I definitely took away some insights that will be beneficial to my team in the near future. I wish that there were 2 sessions for round table discussions. I also feel like it would be beneficial to have someone at the table who is already experienced in the topic. I always attend the roundtables (at other conferences as well) hoping that there will be someone who has had measurable success with it. However, 9 out of 10 times we're all there because we don't know what we're doing. It would be nice to know that there is someone at the table who is experienced and willing to be a resource to those of us who aren't.”
