I paid the money for the label but never received it. Hopefully we won’t need to return the tree bag.

Hi, thanks for your review. My apologies for any confusion, but we do not send the prepaid labels with the bags. We found that most customers either lost or misplaced them and we would end up sending them twice if they chose to return. If you need to return the bag, please just fill out the returns authorization request on our website and you will be sent the prepaid label via email to cover the return shipping. All the best, Denny ~ Customer Service Manager.

I felt confident in purchasing this product and was not let down. The only negative was I wasn't sure going in that the 'tree' would actually fit. I felt because our tree was on the smaller size that the size ordered would work. Outcome-- "very tight fitting. There was also some concern in other Reviews that it would be difficult for one person to "store"; they were correct. In our case 2-men & 1-woman tried getting the "Bag" up the tree and it was very difficult and although others had mentioned this, I was still surprised at the difficulty (that issue alone has made me second guess my choice). Again, quality of product... EXECELLENT. Ability to "roll" was an important selling feature. The only other concern was; I notice the tree is now leaning; which implies that the tree 'rod' is not holding secure. (Have not investigated as I almost shudder to open the bag up again.)
