“(3) out of (6) spools arrived broken, most likely due to packing or lack thereof? Must also be EXTREMELY CAREFUL in putting this spools together too; they are much flimsier with thinner plastic than the original sets I purchased previous year(s)...the prongs of (1) spool snapped while putting it together, as also mentioned by another reviewer. Customer Care quickly replaced the (3) spools that arrived broken, however, the new set arrived with yet another broken spool. So out of the (6) spools I originally ordered (December 2018), only (4) are good/useable. Bummer. I really like the sets from the previous years (2016-2017), which is why I purchased more as we acquired more lights. Both times, packing is a plastic shipping bag with nothing around the spools for protection or cushion, much like shipping bags typically used for clothing. Might consider a box with packing inside OR provide a better, stronger product like previous years. Wish I had a better review to share...”
