“When the tree parts were put in the bag, the top part of the tree punctured a hole in the bag. Plus one corner post came apart and one broke and had to be repaired.”

“A very well designed and constructed product. My only negative comment is that setting it up involves sliding tubes over springs to double the length of poles. Having never seen this clever assembly method before, it would have been helpful if the instructions explained it more clearly. My 9 foot, but very full tree filled the bag (National Tree Co. Princeton Fraser Fir). Using the bag for taller trees would work though if they were less full, or you were okay with compressing it more and possibly needing to bend branches back into position next year.”

“I didn't think my 12 foot tree would fit when I first received my tree bag but I was wrong. It fit perfectly without smashing the tree. The only negative is I think the frame could be a bit sturdier. Linda H.”
