My husband and I usually do individual gifts for our anniversary, but I really wanted to do something that would benefit the environment and pertain to us, and I stumbled upon this site! I'm actually an environmental scientist, so this made my heart happy! I love that there was an option to celebrate our love, but we could also celebrate or do a memorial for other things as well. My plan is to frame the certificate and put it in our keepsake box!

What a win-win! Perfect gift for our fifth anniversay, because the tradtional gift is wood. Easy to do. And we can go visit our trees, as can our children after we are gone. Brilliant!

This is a perfect gift idea, the 4th anniversary ideas weren’t great but this website was recommended, so glad I found it!

I used this gift in a modified way: to honor my friend and her son who she lost sadly a few years ago around this time- to honor their shared love of nature- one way of remaining close to him. I love the idea of the two trees being planted next to each other. She was very happy to receive this gift.
