“I have been using the Vital Moisturising Cream and the cream cleanser since 2005. The packaging and formula has changed slightly through the years but it's still my favorite of all the products. At my age it's an investment to have a product that leaves my skin plump and hydrated. I can't go without my Vital Moisturiser!”

“I used to love this product and bought it regularly. I had absolutely no problems with it and the packaging was always great. But ever since its formula changed, it's no longer the same. I'm not a fan of the new scent. The new bottle had a weird, medicinal, minty scent, which I thought was the vanilla. But I only realised today when I used it that the bottom of the glass container was split in two places, when it cut my finger and made it bleed heaps. Safe to say, I'm no longer purchasing this. This was a let down as Trilogy is my favourite brand. I am not sure if this was actually a product improvement or not?”
“So very disappointed that you've changed the formulation of this - had been my favourite for years and was definitely a 5 star product. But the new vanilla formulation is awful - too strongly scented and feels way different, doesn't go on as well. I'm sadly considering new options.”
