“I love this cream and have been a loyal user for over 15 years, promoting it to my two daughters and friends. Over this time the formula and packaging has changed slightly, but they seemed to be small enhancements.
I am very disappointed however by the latest changes to the jar and lid packaging which cheapens the feel of the product. The lid is so tinny, I no longer have that small sense of luxury when I open the jar. And the bottle has shrunk so the cream is up to the very top, it makes me wonder if the quantity of cream will be the next thing to be downsized. Small changes I know, but loyal customers notice.”

“I used to love this product and bought it regularly. I had absolutely no problems with it and the packaging was always great. But ever since its formula changed, it's no longer the same. I'm not a fan of the new scent. The new bottle had a weird, medicinal, minty scent, which I thought was the vanilla. But I only realised today when I used it that the bottom of the glass container was split in two places, when it cut my finger and made it bleed heaps. Safe to say, I'm no longer purchasing this. This was a let down as Trilogy is my favourite brand. I am not sure if this was actually a product improvement or not?”
