“So very disappointed that you've changed the formulation of this - had been my favourite for years and was definitely a 5 star product. But the new vanilla formulation is awful - too strongly scented and feels way different, doesn't go on as well. I'm sadly considering new options.”

“I have used this moisturiser for years but the new scent and formulae are terrible. The vanilla smells like vanilla essence from the pantry. Such a shame as I would have used it for another twenty! Now I’ll have to shop around for a new staple.”

“This product is moisturising and non greasy, will be great for me to use with my combination skin in summer when it's more on the oily side of the spectrum as it soaks right in and doesn't make me break out.
