“I like the knobs and they work, but the colors represented on line are not accurate. What is called "amber" (it looked amber on line) is orange and what you called "black" is really clear glass with a black swirl. I'd suggest better photography and more clear descriptions. For example on the black swirl, explain it is not black as pictured but clear with a black swirl. I appreciate your outstanding customer service. I await my refund on the "amber" knobs. Thank you!”

HI Daneva, Thanks for your review and sorry you have had an issue. Both of the knobs you have mentioned are really popular models and we have never had issues before. At the same time we appreciate that colours can be a little different depending on your monitor. If there is a change of mind we of course happily a standard returns policy.
