Hi Kelly and thanks for your message. We shipped your order on time yes this does seem strange as our orders normally reach within 72 hours of shipping so something does seem amiss here. Quite possibly DHL have tried to deliver and there has been nobody home. If you would have contacted us we would have quickly checked this out for you.
