“i purchased my second knee support and have not received a confirmation email or expected delivery date. It was ordered on the 1st December. I did send an email asking what the problem was but did not get a reply. With My first delivery I was very impressed but what is happening with my new order!!! An answer would be nice.”

“Recently purchased a copper skin z knee support, in black, you can feel the support but sadly thr support will not stay up, and so I cannot wear the product under my clothes it like having Nora battys tights sorry!!!! To say and I have the correct size for my knee as said disappointing !!!!!”

“This products works brilliantly at reducing my knee pain whilst cycling, however it doesn't stay in position. It could be improved with a silicon grip around the top to stop it falling down when you bend your knee. I have to keep it in position with sock tape. It feels secure enough when initially putting on but falls down just with walking after a few minutes.”

“Although the product ultimately didn't fit properly the staff I spoke to was friendly and tried to resolve my problem, including sending out replacements and arranging a pre-paid envelope to send the old products back. The product came the next day, including the replacement one and but now having a refund. I will be purchasing products in the future and I look forward to it. Thanks guys.”

“After nearly 12 months of serious ligament damage and being in constant pain. I have purchased all types of knee supports and braces which have made no difference to the pain or freedom of my knee. I purchased this product a week ago and a miracle has happened I have no pain. I'm exercising as normal now and walking freely. My training has recommenced with a passion. Thank you for such a terrific product I can't recommend this product enough”
