“The base seems very nice and durable but the cup itself is multiple pieces connected by a long threaded rod that runs through the middle… My cup keeps falling apart.. It’s like the threads won’t grab and hold.. Not sure what’s happening but I wish the cup was one solid piece.. I paid way too much to have this happen.. I just hope they get a replacement cup here before Christmas because this is my daughter’s big Christmas present…”
