Since you did not reply back to us confirming the delivery, we know for sure that everyhting went well.
We are so sorry that the first one got damaged in transit. We did not expect that to happen.
But we are glad that it has been resolved.

“It is a really nice trophy, and everyone who sees it is very impressed. There are a couple of small places where it looks like the paint ran and globbed up just a tiny bit. One spot is right where I had to place an engraved plate, so I hope that will not interfere with its long term adherence!”
