“The product itself was better than expected. I live in Alaska so shipping was half the cost of the trophy, but I got it in 3 days which was awesome. The problem was that the trophy was damaged and it took 3 weeks to get a replacement part. I ordered it when I did to have in time for an event, but was unable to present the trophy. The lack of communication and how long it took to get it fixed was frustrating.”
