“This is my first year as commissioner of our home league, so I wanted to do a Big. I ordered this trophy and had high hopes for it. I was happy that I got a deal and that it offered free engraving for nameplates when the trophy arrived. I waited to meet up with my friend so we can open it together and have a grand reveal when we finally put it together. We started noticing that the quality was lacking.
