However the shipping a different story. I tracked the shipment and it was delayed at a city because it was missing a commercial invoice. I had to contact TrophySmack and FedEx myself to get the balling rolling again. Had to send the commercial invoice to FedEx given by TrophySmack myself when I feel this is something I, the receiver, shouldn't have had to worry about. The shipping took a few days longer to get here and arrived late and would've been even longer if I had not been tracking it and did something about it.”

Package didn’t arrive when promised (day late) with no explanation or heads up by carrier. When it arrived, the box was partially destroyed and held together poorly with packing tape. Luckily, no damage to belt. While I know Trophy Smack had no control over FedEx’s faults, I would recommend overnight delivery vs. ground transport as the standard that Trophy Smack consider using for all orders.”
