I recalled seeing the episode on Shark Tank and at the time, I think they were only doing trophies. Fast forward years later, I'm looking on Google for any kind of custom chain options and it directed me here was a little concerned because my imported design I created had some fine lines and I didn't want them to possibly wear off (like adhesive or something). I was reassured by the customer service team that everything is UV printed and bonded directly to the metal. Guys... It came out better than the mock up! Intricate details! It's solid, high gloss metal all around; you feel all 5 lbs of the weight and and the back has a nice thin, embossed padding that adds to the premium look.
