“Plate is awesome and will look great on my leather blank, BUT, shipped without screws and washers. Contacted customer service, they sent me to a email that had an AI response. I hope I get the screws and washers before I have to award the title belt in 2 weeks. If not for the missing screws, I'd give them a 5 star review.”
