“I am extremely disappointed with the service. I was given a specific delivery date, but the item arrived a day late—missing the window when I actually needed it. To make matters worse, there was no communication or explanation for the delay. Relying on a company’s timeline shouldn't be a gamble. I won't be using them again and cannot recommend them”
